Brunswick Established
Brunswick Established, the first heritage townhome community for circular living in Brunswick, offers 23 thoughtfully crafted townhomes set behind heritage walls and designed for a sustainable future.
A cohesive suite of print and digital collateral was created to bring this vision to life, including detailed site illustrations, a brochure highlighting unique selling points on the project, custom sustainability icons, hoarding signages, and a series of engaging social media campaigns. Each element was designed to reflect the project’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and community, presenting a compelling narrative for prospective buyers.

The on-site display suite for Brunswick Established was housed in a transformed historical warehouse, offering prospective buyers an immersive experience of the project. To enhance the user journey, marketing boards, render boards, and signage were thoughtfully designed. Each piece played a key role in showcasing the development’s vision, convenient and eclectic location, sustainability features, and community-oriented design, creating an engaging and informative environment that left a lasting impression on visitors.
To highlight Brunswick Established’s commitment to sustainability, a diagram was illustrated to showcase the project’s circularity features. Centered around the three pillars of circular living—designing out waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use, and regenerating natural systems—the diagram provided a clear and engaging visual explanation of these concepts. It was featured prominently in the brochure, as well as in digital materials, serving as an educational tool to communicate the innovative approach of implementing circular living at scale in these heritage townhomes.
